Yihaaa, a brand new week has arrived and that means a lot of Disney news! Let’s get started on this weeks, most magical news update.
- Due to the Coronavirus outbreak in China, Shanghai Disneyland Resort is now temporarily closed until further notice.

- Obi-Wan Kenobi series put on hold for Disney+ due to issues with the script.

- Hong Kong Disneyland suspends face character meets due to the Coronavirus for the safety of guests and cast members.

- Bo Peep is getting her own Disney+ series called, Lamp Life. The series will debut on Disney+ on January 31st. (Toy Story 4 is coming to Disney+ on February 5.)
- Disney Parks guests will get a special early preview of scenes from the movie Onward. The sneak peaks will be shown in Tomorrowland Theater at Disneyland and guests on the Disney Cruise Line during select trips in February and early March.
- A new live-action movie is in the making and this time it’s all about Bambi.
- After the closing of Shanghai Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland also decided to close their doors due to the Coronavirus.

- Cast members working at Hong Kong are looking for help to get some masks on social media. Even though the park is closed they still have to show up at their work, which puts them in danger of getting the Coronavirus.

- There’s a rumor going that the Castle of Magical Dreams is due to be completed this Fall for Hong Kong Disneyland’s 15th Anniversary.

- New visual for the Lion King and Jungle Festival at Disneyland Paris revealed.
