- Last weekend we also heard about the hurricane Dorian heading towards Florida. Walt Disney World did some preparations for this awful hurricane. The parks closed early on September 3rd. On September 4th the extra magic time had been cancelled.
- The name of the fifth Disney Cruise Line ship has been revealed, Disney Wish.
- On Sunday September 1st was the last day guests got the experience The Rock ’n Rollercoaster at the Walt Disney Studio Park in Disneyland Paris. This ride will be be closed for the upcoming 2 years while it’s turned over into an Iron Man rollercoaster.
- The Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland Paris will be closed until November 29th 2019 for refurbishment.
- Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King will be out on October 29, 2019 for PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch for $29.99.
- The Walt Disney Company donated $1 million dollar to help relief and recovery efforts for those in The Bahamas affected by Hurricane Dorian. After Disney has been called out by lots of people for not evacuating the crew from Castaway Cay.
- Due to expansion including the Avengers Campus at the Walt Disneys Studios park, Disneyland Paris, a couple of attraction has been closed over the last couple of months. This week a new map showed up and the closed attractions are completely off the map and are replaced with a Avengers logo.
- New pins for September.
- The Legends of the Force season at Disneyland Paris will be returning at 2020 from January 11th until March 15th.
- at December 20th a new Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker inspired scene will be added to StarTours at Disneyland Paris.
- On Wednesday Tokyo Disneyland celebrated it’s 18th anniversary!

Because a weekly news update takes a lot of time to make and maintain, we decided to make sure to post a blogpost every single week but only make a weekly update if we wanted to.
