We both eat vegetarian for over 3 years now even before our first trip to Disneyland Paris together back in 2015 Lisanne had just made a switch to stop eating any meat. So ever since our first trip we are quite aware of vegetarian options at the parks and also on a budget.
We must be honest and let you know that the cheap vegetarian options are slowly disappearing from the menu’s.
Even though it is pretty hard to eat vegetarian in France, Disneyland Paris has some options that we like to share with you.
Buffet
If you want to have lots of choice and don’t mind to spend a bit more money on your food, eating at a buffet is a great way to have lots of vegetarian choices. The Agrgabah Cafe at Adventureland has lots of vegetarian and even vegan options and we once ate at the La Cantina at the Santa Fe Hotel and had an amazing experience as well.

But what if you don’t want to spend over €30,- per person on meals? Well your on the right address.
Disney Village
Once you think about cheap food and Disney Village you might think about the Mac Donalds, but the only vegetarian option you can get is just some simple fries, dessert and some beverages. Also Five Guys only do fries.
At Vapianos there are some vegetarian pizza’s, pasta’s, salads and a soup available, but it’s a bit on the pricier side.
Annete’s Dinner has lots of small vegetarian options but only two vegetarian main dishes which is the Anette’s Style Soya Burger €18,99 and a Veggie Burger for €16,99.

At Starbucks there is a vegan sandwich which tastes really good and a vegetarian wrap.
All of the other restaurants in Disney Villages have some standard and simple vegetarian dishes available.
But our go to option is New York Style Sandwich for sure, they have a menu where you can pick a 4 cheese pizza and fries, this is a complete vegetarian menu and it’s not that expensive either (€14,99), click here if you want to read all about it!

Walt Disney’s Studios Park
Behind the Tower of Terror there is a small chart which has only vegan options available like, vegan chili, ice cream and falafel. This food is a really nice snack and is also not that expensive, the chili is served warm and will keep you full for a long amount of time. So that’s a great deal!

At Disney’s Blockbuster Cafe you can create your own menu you can choose a vegetarian salad or sandwich, some chips, a dessert and a drink for €15,99. But this restaurant is closed right now due to the parks renewal.
At restaurant en Coulisse they serve a veggie burger and also have some vegetarian side dishes as well.
There are also lots of small booths and food trucks where you can get beverages and snacks. During events or seasons at this park they will offer also themed treats and food options, like the vegan chili, but also sweet treats and mickey waffles.

Disneyland Park
Cafe Hyperion is one of our favorite place at Discoveryland to have lunch or dinner. The building is beautiful and sometimes there are shows or otherwise they will show Mickey or Star Wars shorts to entertain. They serve the same veggie burger as at restaurant en Coulisse and they also have a side salade.
Casey’s Corner is located at Main Street and a real statement. They are famous for there hot dogs, but they also have some vegetarian option available. A huge salade for 6,99, but we also noticed a blogpost from @VeggieatDLP where they shared this amazing hack where you can veggiefy a hot dog!

Then one of our favorite places to eat, Colonel Hathi’s Pizza Outpost, located at Adventureland. This is an amazing looking place and it’s amazing to sit outside during the warmer weather. You can choose menu 1 for 13,99 which is a menu with pasta and you can choose for the sauce Neapolitan which is a vegetarian option and you can choose between a side salade or garlic butter bread an a beverage. But there is also a second menu you can choose from, which is menu 3 for 15,99. Menu 3 is a pizza menu where you can choose for a 3-cheese pizza which is vegetarian, and again you can choose between a side salade or a garlic butter bread an a beverage. This is also the best place to eat with a child who eats vegetarian. Menu 3 is also a great menu to share if you just want a snack or don’t want to have a big lunch.
Next up is a restaurant located at Frontierland, Fuente Del Oro, which used to be our favorite restaurant of all, but they changed their menu. This is a Coco styled restaurant with a Mexican style menu. If you want a vegetarian option you can choose, menu 1 which contains vegetarian nachos and a drink.
Last Chance Cafe is a quick service location at the front of Frontierland. This location is not always open, but a great place to get a snack or light lunch. They serve Vegan Chili for 6,99, fries for 3,59 and nachos with cheddar cheese for 5,99.

Next up a location at Main Street, The Market House Deli. This is a grab and go location and a great place to get breakfast, lunch or a snack. They serve a vegan wrap for 7,99 or a vegetable salade for 6,99. But this location has also lots of seasonal snacks, so just make sure to check out the menu inside the restaurant. Please note, that its almost always busy and there isn’t a lot of space to have a sit down meal.
Pizzeria Bella Notte is a beautiful Italian style restaurant located near It’s A Small World. You can choose menu 3 for 15,99, with a 3 cheese pizza, a side salade or garlic butter bread an a beverage. But there are also some loose items you can get like, a Neapolitan sauce rigatoni pasta 9,99, a salade, or side salade. You can also pick a 3 cheese pizza for children which is mickey shaped.
So there are a couple of options for vegetarians, but it is basically all salades or pizza’s. We are positive that there will be more and more vegetarian options available in the future.
There are much more vegetarian and vegan options available at the buffet styled restaurants at the parks, but then you’ll pay more than 30,- per meal, per person which will add up quickly.
Let us know what your thoughts are on this subject.
Have a magical week.
