The first couple of times we went to Disneyland Paris we didn’t know anything about Fastpasses and how they worked, so we didn’t use them at all. Until we went to Walt Disney World, where everything is done with fastpasses and the “regular lines’ are stand-by queue’s. After that trip we changed forever and can’t go without them anymore. But what are fastpasses and how do they work?

So first of all, what are fastpasses?
Fastpasses are little paper cards which you can get for curtain rides. Most of those rides are popular and will have long wait times. You can get a little paper pass and on that pass you’ll find a time, say between 12:40 and 13:10 or something. You can go back to that specific ride between that time and you’ll stand in a much smaller queue and won’t be staying you time in long queue’s.

How do I get a Fastpass?
Every guest of Disneyland Paris can make use of this system with their park ticket. You go to your desired ride and fide a little place where you can get fast passes, check the time at those places and that you just have to put your ticket against the machine and your Fastpass will roll out of it. Make sure to keep your Fastpass with you and keep the time in check.
