Is it your first time going to Disneyland Paris or any Disney park at all, that’s so exciting! We promise that you’ll have the time of your life and we will help you to get the best out of your trip!
First of all, how many days do you go to the parks? We wrote a whole blogpost about, the best time to go, how many days we advice, where and which tickets to buy and other very important things if you consider to plan a trip to Disneyland Paris. Click here if you want to learn all about it.
And an other important thing, where to stay? There are so many options for hotels at and around Disneyland Paris. This is totally up to you and your budget. Do you want to spend a bit more on your stay? Stay inside the magic and get a room on the Disney property. But if you want to be a bit cheaper, you can stay at a partner hotel. Partner hotels are hotels which aren’t from the Disney company but have a agreement with them, so they are a bit cheaper and further away from the parks, but they have a couple of special services. Like: Free busses, to and from the hotels, if you buy something at the parks you don’t have to walk with it all day you can send it to your hotel and some of the hotels even have a little Disney store. We wrote a couple of reviews mostly on partner hotels, so click here of you want to read more about them.
Then about the rides, there are some very popular rides at the parks and most of them are must do’s on your very first trip. We also wrote a blogpost about which rides are most popular and will have long wait times and also how to get the do these rides without standing in lines for the entire day. Click here if you want to read more about the popular rides, wait times and fast passes.
An other thing that will be a huge part of your trip is food. There are so many options for food and notice that the prices for food and beverages are really high at Disney parks, so be aware of that! There are multiple option for food. We made a list from the cheapest to most expensive options:
- Just a quick grab and go. (warm drinks, cookies, a sandwich and muffins)
- Quick service – kind of like the Mc Donalds. You can choose between a couple of menu’s and you give your order. Grab your order, find a table and eat.
- Buffet – You get to sit on a table and you have to walk around and collect the food you would like and go back to your table and do this as many times as you can.
- Sit down – This is just like a regular restaurant. You get a cast member who brings your menu, get you your drinks and food.
- Character dining – This is just like a sit down restaurant but then there are characters walking around, like the princesses or the big 5.
These are the most important things to think about and to know before you go to Disneyland Paris, but we also wrote a blogpost about:
