Lost In The Magic Restaurant Review | Disney’s Santa Fe Hotel, La Cantina

During our last trip to Disneyland Paris we celebrated Lisanne’s birthday. We brought her parents with us and wanted to have a special dinner. Because we were with a group of 4 adults and someone with allergies, we decided to go for a buffet style, so everyone got to pick their own food. After a little bit of research we found La Cantina, a restaurant located at the Santa Fe hotel.

Food Options

La Cantina, is a Mexican styled buffet, where you can pick lots of different food items in Mexican style. There were so many different options and there was something for everyone. They also have fries and pizza. After the “main” meal, there is also so much dessert to choose from. There are lots of pies, cheese and even a chocolate fountain!

Pricing

You pay €30,99 per person and €16,99 for childeren. But you get a discount if you have a Magic Plus or Infinity Annual Pass. You get one drink per person for free and if you want another drink, you have to pay separate.

Food

We had a reservation at 18:00 pm. right when the restaurant opened. We were the only ones there and all the food was just for us. Because we got there early all the food was fresh and still warm. So we didn’t experience the restaurant while it was busy or throughout the night.

Speed

Since it was a buffet, you could just crab a plate walk around the room and grab all the things you liked. No wait time! 😀

Hygiene

We were the first ones there and once it got a bit busy we started with our dessert, so we didn’t had a good look at how the restaurant and food is when it is crowded. Lots of cast members walk around to collect empty plates and cups, so no dirty dishes on the tables. Also if there’s a spill they come really quickly and clean it up. If someone left, the tables got a nice clean and our overall experience was absolutely positive.

Conclusion

We had an absolute blast and really enjoyed the atmosphere and decoration of this restaurant. All the cast members where extremely friendly and everything was ate was delicious. We would definitely come back.
