If you know us, you know that we are Disney obsessed. You will find little Disney touches hidden around us everywhere and always. There isn’t a day Disney themed for us. And Disney ears are one of those little gems, not that we were the ears outside of the Parks or our own home. 😉
But we really love to wear Disney ears because that add that extra little bit of pixie dust to your day and outfit. So over the years we, mostly Lisanne, collected quite some ears at the Parks, let have a look on our collection.
Classic Minnie Ears – 2001
When Lisanne was around 5 years old, that was the first time she went to Disneyland Paris and got these ears. Classic Minnie Ears. A plastic headband with the classic Minnie bow on top as only fabric. After a little while the plastic prominence on the headband was going to hurt quite a lot, so she never whore them again, but still kept them as a memory al those years.
Classic Minnie Ears – 2016
After all those years Lisanne finally bought some ears again, when she came back after a couple of years with Pelle. Every Disney loving girl needs the classic Minnie ears right.
Mickey’s sourcheres hat – 2016
During that exact same trip Pelle bought his first pair of “sort of” ears. Since he really like Mickey as a magician he had to buy this hat on his first day ever at an Disney park. Unfortunately he doesn’t wear this hat a lot when he wanders around that parks. Since it is really big and isn’t really comfortable to wear for an entire day.
Bridal Minnie Ears – 2017
We got engaged before the castle at Disneyland Paris in front of Lisanne’s family. They all knew it and so her sister-in-law bought these really cute bridal ears she could wear the entire day she got engaged. She doesn’t wear them quite often nowadays, since headband isn’t really comfortable.
Mickey the Magician Ears – 2017
While Lisanne got the bridal ears, Pelle received this amazing pair of ears. Again Mickey the Magician themed, but this time much easier to take with you and also more comfortable during hot days.
Minnie Mouse Timeless Ear Headband – 2018
Lisanne already spotted these headbands online and couldn’t get them out of her mind. So when we arrived at The Magic Kingdom during our Honeymoon and we just got underneath the train track and saw a stand selling them, she had to get them. So during the first 5 minutes of entering the Magic Kingdom for the first time ever she bought her first souvenir. It is based on the early Minnie Mouse hat she wore back than, with a beautiful yellow flower. But this time it is so colorful, happy and more modern. She wears them quite a lot since you can’t buy them at Disneyland Paris and they are so comfortable.

Classic Mickey Ears – 2019
Pelle doesn’t wear ears often at the parks but when he saw these ears he was instantly in love and is wearing them quite often. They are so comfortable and simple, so you wear them with anything and they fit perfectly on his head as well. They are DLP exclusive.
Unlock the Fun Minnie Ears – 2019
These ears where designed for Mickey’s 90th birthday. Lisanne really liked them but didn’t buy them for a couple of times until there was a great deal going on back in April 2019. Since Mickey already celebrated his birthday and they still had merchandise left, you could buy both of the anniversary ears for the price of one pair of ears, so she had to get both of them.
Mickey 90th birthday Ears – 2019
These is the other pair of ears you got buy with this deal. Lisanne really liked them already, but wasn’t sure if she would ever wear them since Mickey birthday was already over, but she is really happy she bought them. But as you can tell by the tag, she hasn’t worn them to the parks yet.
Dia De Los Muertos Ears – 2019
Lisanne really loves Coco and the meaning behind the movie, so when she saw Coco inspired ears she had to get them. But she didn’t get them at the parks or at ShopDisney, she did something very different this time. She bought these ears at Alixpress, so no, they are most likely not real, but they look absolutely amazing and they are so comfortable. She bought them last in May, so she didn’t got the wear them yet, but she’s already quite excited to wear them during the Halloween season.
Duffy Ears – 2019
We have never discussed this on any of our social media accounts, but we absolutely adore Duffy and ShellyMay. Unfortunately you don’t get to see a lot of the Disney bears at Disneyland Paris. Duffy used to be at the Storybook store and at a float with Santa during the Christmas parade, but that’s basically it. So when Lisanne saw these ears at Aliexpress she was so excited. She wore them quite a lot already since they arrived even though we haven’t been to Disney yet. :p
This is our ear collection on the beginning of 2019 but we are quite sure that more ears will be collected throughout our upcoming trips.
