We give you an overview of all the rides in Walt Disney’s Studio’s in Disneyland Paris and will give you our thoughts, tips and top 3.
La Tapis Volant- Flying Carpets overt Agrabah.
This ride is very similar to the Dumbo the Flying Elephant in Disneyland park, but still a very nice attraction for the whole family. We really like the decor of this ride and the real voice of the Genie (Robin Williams) is used to say funny things during and after the ride, so keep an eye out for that.
Crush’s Coaster
This is a thrill ride for sure. We know this ride has a lot of fans and the queue is always very long, but we are not big fans. Even though the outside, queue and the beginning of the ride are beautifully themed, but when the ride starts to get crazy, there is no theming at all and it is just a rollercoaster. But if you’re just looking for a fun thrill, this is for you.
Cars Quatre Roues Rallye
Unfortunately we have never done this ride, but will in the future for sure. But it looks like a lot of fun. You can compare this ride with the tea cups, but instead of the tea cups you’ll sit in cars.
Ratatouille The Adventure
This ride is just stunning. It’s a beautiful ride, with amazing decor and effects. You can get dizzy because of the 3D effects, but it’s an amazing ride for the entire family. We are big fans and if you’ve never done this ride, you really should. And good news, they are building this exact same ride in Epcot, Walt Disney World.
– This ride can have really long wait times, so make sure to get there early in the morning or to get a Fastpass.
RC Racer
We haven’t been on this ride and probably never will. It’s an extreme ride, but the ride itself looks amazing.
Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin
We didn’t expect much the first time we went on this ride, because we thought it was just for children. But we had such a great time at this ride, it is much fun for every age.
Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop
We both haven’t been on this ride so far, but we will in the future.
Studio Tram Tour: Behind the Magic
This ride is closed now. But it was a little train where you would take a tour behind the scenes of different movies. We have been on this ride for many times, but it disappointed us every time. The ride takes a long time and there’s not a lot of special things to see. The tour guides are on a screen but the tapes are from the 90’s.
Art of Disney Animation
Unfortunately this ride is closed due to the extension of the park. We don’t know what the next destination of the building will be.
The Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror
The theming and story of this ride is amazing. It’s an absolute thrill and a lot of fun to go in there. The ride itself is terrifying but the great theming makes up to that.
– This ride can have really long wait times, so make sure to get there early in the morning or to get a Fastpass.
Armageddon” Les Effects Speciaux
This is not so much a ride as it is a special effect show. You’ll see three different effects used in old movies. Again this “show” is from the 90’s and is not very relevant to this day. This attraction will also close during the extension of the park.
Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster starring Aerosmith
The queue is amazing, with guitars and a music studio. The ride itself is a really fast rollercoaster. There is audio in your “chair” with very loud but awesome music while you go around the track. If you love a good rollercoaster this is for you. This ride will also close during the extension and will probably come back as a Tron ride.
Stich Live
There are two different shows, one in French and the other one in English. So check that before you’ll go on it. It’s an interactive show and so much fun. Stich is a real funny guy and will make the whole audience laugh with his cute attitude. And also this funny little show, will be closed and will come back as something Marvel themed.
